Role Description
We are seeking a motivated teacher to join our dynamic team at EStars. The Teacher will work closely with the Head of Education in two main functions: (i) identifying educational games that promote the development of core skills and creating instructional videos for skills-based games; and (ii) assisting with the delivery and creation of lesson content, resources and activities for the entry level Certificates in Esports as well as the BTEC qualifications in Esports. Additionally, the Teacher will assist in the development of new courses, provide guidance on pedagogical input and assist in organising marking, assessments, calendar and delivery logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate educational games that align with curriculum objectives and promote the development of core skills such as critical thinking, leadership, teamwork and communication.
• Develop assessment strategies to measure student progress and achievement of learning objectives through gaming activities.
• Collaborate with the team to provide input on the development of new educational games and enhancements to existing ones.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in educational gaming.
• Create instructional videos for skills-based games on the EStars platform, in collaboration with the content creation team. Ensure instructional videos meet educational objectives and align with pedagogical principles.
• Assist in the creation and organisation of the BTEC qualification in Esports, including organising lesson content, resources and activities.
• Collaborate with facilitators in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK and Nigeria to ensure effective delivery of educational programmes.
• Support the Head of Education in organising marking, assessments and maintaining the academic calendar across numerous schools.
• Assist in evaluating student progress and providing feedback to support their learning journey.

Qualifications A minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree or a 3-year university degree, with a bonus if it is within Education (Original of educational certificates or attested certificates in case the teacher has graduated from a university outside the UAE; the certificate must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the country’s embassy in the UAE).
Skills (necessary):
• Fluency in English is required (spoken and written).
• Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in organising and managing educational resources and activities.
• Ability to efficiently manage time and meet objectives within allocated time frames.
• Proficiency in using a range of technology, including utilising Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Suite and Educational Learning Platforms such as Moodle.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Additional Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic language is a plus.
• Based in Abu Dhabi is a plus.
• Available to join in May 2026.
